UIS Baseball Field

The UIS Baseball Field will serve as the home for the UIS baseball program. It is on University Drive just south of The Recreation and Athletic Center. It features two dugouts with adequate storage space for any team, a pair of bleachers as well as space to bring a chair or blanket up and down the foul lines.

The baseball field was opened in the spring of 2014 yet still remains a project under construction and development. We are in the process of completing an athletics feasibility and master planning assessment which will help guide our strategic planning and development. Future expansion will include enhancements such as: adding power, ADA accessible pedestrian walkways and access drives, a press box, synthetic field turf, stadium lighting, restrooms, concessions, parking, stadium seating, locker rooms, and coaches offices.
