The campus includes

• Track: 4.486-mile-long, 24 configuration, 23 turn road course.
• Karting: 0.9-mile karting track, an eight-acre rock crawling course, a seven-acre skidpad,
• Off-Road: 22-acre off-road short course
• Rock Crawling Course: misc land features
• Paddock is approximately 10 acres of asphalt
• Grandstand Seating: 4 covered for approximately 10,000-14,000 guests

Grand Prix: race controll, 2x viewing chalets for 433 each, a media/press room for 56, training room for 140 (can be divided into 3), 4x suites for 40/each, kitchen Clubhouse: Legends Hall South - 244, Legends Hall North, 144. 3rd floor networking with patio for 180 and full chefs kitchen
