Vicksburg Convention Center is the recipient of the esteemed 2023 Prime Site Award, a distinction presented by Facilities and Destinations Magazine reserved for the United States' premier convention and exposition centers since 1994.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Vicksburg, the Vicksburg Convention Center effectively blends space, functionality, and flexibility with cutting-edge technology to offer meeting planners, show organizers, exhibitors, and visitors a location for an unforgettable event experience. Whether you are planning a board meeting for 10, a shareholder meeting for 1,200 or a party for 2,000, the Vicksburg Convention Center is equipped with the amenities and services to ensure your event is successful. Between the 17,000 square feet of exhibit space and 7 meeting rooms, you’ll find the Center’s catering and technical capabilities are second-to-none.

The Exhibit Hall has more than 15,000 square feet of wall-to-wall column free space with capacity for over 2,200 theatre-style seating, banquet-style seating for over 1,250, and over 100 (10x10) exhibit booths. This space also contains 350 lbs. per foot live load capacity with utility centers on 30'x30' grid (electric, sound, phone, water, drain); Weather-protected loading dock facilities with direct drive on-access; overhead rigging abilities.

​The Meeting Room level has more than 8,000 square feet with a large meeting area (approximately 6,100 square feet) that divides into four breakout rooms with operable sound-proof wall partitions. Small meeting area (approximately 1,600 square feet) consisting of three small rooms with double door divisions. Seating capacities range from 15 to 800 depending on room selection and choice of seating style.
