The Caribbean Dancesport Classic is a five-day NDCA-sanctioned DanceSport competition taking place December 2–6, 2026, at The Royal Sonesta in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Hosted by Didio Barrera, Eddie Rivera, Ricardo Colon, and Keith Todd, the event welcomes DanceSport competitors and spectators with registration, tickets and packages, hotel information, schedules, and competition resources available through the official website. The event is associated with the Best of The Best and World Pro/Am Dancesport Series and uses the DanceComp app for event updates and participation information.

Caribbean Dancesport Classic 2026

The Puerto Rico Bowl takes place on Tuesday, December 22, 2026, bringing exciting college football action to Puerto Rico. Fans can enjoy a thrilling postseason matchup featuring top teams competing in one of the most anticipated bowl games of the season.&#x20;

Kickoff is scheduled for 1:30 PM ET / 12:30 PM AST, and the game will be broadcast live on ESPN. The Puerto Rico Bowl offers visitors and locals alike the opportunity to experience high-level collegiate football while enjoying the unique culture, hospitality, and atmosphere of Puerto Rico.

The roster includes five early-season college football games, 17 college bowl games, 12 college basketball events and a college softball event, which accounts for approximately 400 hours of live programming, reaches nearly 64 million viewers and attracts over 800,000 attendees each year.

Located in Hato Rey, San Juan, Josefa Fontán Park also known as La Merced, is a newly renovated community sports and recreation complex offering a variety of facilities for athletic activities, tournaments, practices, and community events.

The park features a soccer field, two outdoor basketball courts, a tennis court, a walking/running track with a new rubberized surface, outdoor fitness equipment, children’s playground, pet park, gazebos, and a community center. The soccer area includes upgraded lighting, fencing, gates, and spectator bleachers, while the basketball facilities have also received improvements to lighting, posts, and equipment.
