The park includes the Festival Commons, a 2.5-acre outdoor venue for events. The venue can accommodate up to 3,500 people. Some events held at the Festival Commons include:  Lake George Triathlon Festival, Wild in the Trees, War on the Water Boxing.
The park also has a children's area and a skate board park.
