Located in downtown Waterloo, Young Arena features one Olympic-sized ice rink and 3,500 permanent seats. The Arena is home to the Waterloo Blackhawks of the United States Hockey League.

In addition to hockey Young Arena has proven to be a fantastic wrestling venue. The arena utilizes a insulated ice-cover and has floor space to accommodate eight 42′ x 42′ mats.
