Also known as the Factory Creek Boat Ramp, Whitehall is one of the most utilized water access points in all of Beaufort County. This project has made many improvements to the boat ramp and parking areas and will allow the general public better and safer access to Factory Creek and the Beaufort River.

The new landing has over 24 parking spaces as opposed to the 16 spaces the previous landing held. There’s a railing the whole way around the landing, and even a new ground-out dock and a new floating dock.
