Shepard Park Beach is conveniently located in the heart of Lake George Village. Sit on the lawn in a classic Adirondack chair and read in the shade - or stake out your perfect location on the sandy beach for hours of sunning and swimming fun! On many nights of the week, you'll find free concerts and entertainment in the amphitheater overlooking the lake. Public restrooms and lifeguards are on duty. The playground is perfect entertainment for the little ones.

Don't forget your rod and reel! The public dock on the southwest shore of Shepard Park Beach is the perfect opportunity to drop a line. A variety of trout, bass, pike, and perch are up for grabs.
