Spring Lake Regional Park

Spring Lake is a 72-acre reservoir open for boating (electric engines only) and paddling. All boaters must wear a floatation device while on the lake. Spring Lake features a fresh-water lagoon for recreational swimming during the summer.

With nearly 10 miles of trails, Spring Lake is a favorite destination for hiking, running, biking, and horseback riding. Trails include an easy paved route around the lake and connections to Trione-Annadel State Park and the city of Santa Rosa's Howarth Park.
