The Heart of Sports Excellence Our 285,000-square-foot facility was designed to bring thrilling events to life. It’s the ultimate destination for athletes, spectators, and event organizers alike.
Spanning 285,000 square feet, our facility is among the largest and most versatile in the nation, featuring one of the few 200M indoor hydraulic tracks. We serve as an ideal space to host a wide range of sports and events with seating for up to 5,000 spectators, making it possible for every cheer to be heard.
The venue has hosted some of the largest and most anticipated events in the country including SIX National Championship events in 2024, and the NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships in 2025.
Facility Highlights Size: 285,000 square feet. Location: Approximately 0.8 miles from the Oceanfront and boardwalk. Multi-use capabilities: Can host sports tournaments, large gatherings, concerts, banquets, and more. Convertible spaces: Hardwood courts and indoor arena can be converted for cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, futsal, field hockey, and other activities.
