The community is comprised of eight "Villages," each a corporation with its own homeowners association and governed by a Board of Directors. The common area properties are governed by a separate corporation, Ocean Hills Country Club Homeowners Association, commonly called the "Master Association." The community is governed by the Master CC&Rs, as well as each Villages' CC&Rs. Exterior improvements or alterations, modification or re-decorations, including landscape additions or changes, requires prior approval by the Architectural Committee. That's what keeps our community looking so beautiful and ensures our home values remain high.
Homeowner association fees cover the cost of landscaping and maintaining front yards and common areas, irrigation systems, watering, roof & mailbox repairs, and exterior painting. Monthly homeowner fees vary from Village to Village. Check with your local realtor for current pricing and fees.
Ocean Hills Country Club is managed by Keystone Pacific Property Management in Irvine, California, with a full-time staff on site.
