Sharon Johnston Park

Located just 20 minutes from downtown Huntsville, the 250 acre park lies nestled in the rolling hills of northeast Madison County. The park includes: 12-acre fishing lake stocked annually with catfish, an olympic size swimming pool, 33 RV/campground sites, small picnic shelters and large pavilions with open air barbecue grills, playground, pistol range and skeet trap area, soccer fields and a marked 5k walking/running course.
