Historic Bridge Park

Historic Bridge Park is an open-air museum. You’ll find five meticulously restored bridges that make up a series of short trails. There’s also a stone tunnel bridge beneath the railroad.

The park offers many recreational opportunities such as picnicking, walking/hiking, biking, boating and wildlife observation.

It’s the trailhead for the Calhoun County Trailway and has a handicap-accessible kayak launch. When the weather is warm, there’s almost a parade of traffic on the Kalamazoo River, from kayaks to inflatables.

Park amenities include a playground, a pavilion, restrooms, picnic tables and grills.

Historic Bridge Park, formerly known as County Park, sits along the Kalamazoo River and Dickinson Creek and can be seen from I-94.
