The Gilman athletic training facilities offer athletes the finest care available. The main objective of our Athletic Training Room staff is to maintain, and/or improve the physical and mental well-being of the Gilman community. Our athletic trainers work with boys to improve their conditioning and strength in the preseason. They recognize, evaluate and offer immediate care of athletic injuries sustained during practice or competition, and then assist with rehabilitation and recondition after recovery. The weight room equipped with cardiovascular equipment and the athletic training room are available to all Gilman athletes.
