This regional sports destination will be at the center of the Bluhawk campus, led by Price Brothers, which includes the expansion of AdventHealth South Overland Park, multiple hotels, and a movie theater as well as retail and dining.

The venue will be comprised of an indoor, 3600 seat multipurpose arena with retractable seating and 4 basketball courts (8 volleyball courts), 1500 seat NHL/NCAA regulation ice rink, approximately 32,000 SF Indoor Multi-purpose Turf Area, Mezzanine Viewing Area overlooking arena and Indoor Turf, Sports Performance Center, Flex/Team Rooms, Active Adventure Sports, Café with Kitchen, and Concessions.
