The YMCA Healthy Living Center's community room is available for rent for wedding receptions, parties, reunions, and more. Chairs and tables are provided along with setting up and clean up. Renters are allowed early access to the venue for setting up decorations. The community room can be rented as a whole, a half, or a quarter depending on your needs. Partitions break the room up as desired. The rental of the full space can fit 200 guests in banquet-style seating arrangements. Half of the space can fit 90 to 100 guests depending on the seating arrangement, and a quarter of the space can fit 50 people. If looking for theater-style seating capacities, call the venue directly for more information. Some sporting events have been held in the rental space as well.
