The University of Northern Iowa Wellness and Recreation Center features 10 full-size basketball and volleyball courts and an eight-lane 25-meter competition pool with 1 meter and 3 meter diving boards.

The Wellness and Rec Center is an ideal venue for large youth basketball and volleyball tournaments and swim meets.
