- 1 full court basketball or 2 cross-court basketball
- 1 full court volleyball or 2 cross-court volleyball
- 3 badminton courts

SEATING
- bleacher gym floor seating capacity 660 people
- additional space for seating (300) on the gym floor
- full perimeter walking/running track overlooking gym provides additional spectator viewing for 400 people, plus additional standing space

GYM RELATED SPACES
- fitness centre, which includes assisted pull-up/dip machine, lat pulldown, cable row, lying leg curl, knee extension, pec dec, cable cross over, medicine balls and dumbbells from 5-50 lbs
- indoor walking/running track
- fitness studio
- first aid/physiotherapy room
- 4 team locker rooms complete with a change area, lockers, showers and washrooms
- Officials locker room complete with a change area, lockers, shower and washroom
- male/female change rooms with lockers, shower and washroom
- Cardio and assessment area which includes spin bikes, treadmills, erg rowers, ellipticals, 4front, stationary bikes
