The 2026 USA Track & Field Annual Meeting brings the USATF community together in Portland, Oregon, from December 3–6, 2026. Hosted by USA Track & Field, this in-person annual meeting is designed for members and participants in the sport and includes scheduled sessions, organizational resources, travel information, and opportunities to connect with the national track and field community. Registration opens September 17, 2026, with online registration required; attendees will receive hotel-booking instructions after registering.

Based in Indianapolis, USA Track & Field (USATF) is the National Governing Body for track and field, Paralympic track and field, long distance running, and race walking in the United States. USATF encompasses the world's oldest organized sports, the most-watched events of Olympic broadcasts, the number one high school and junior high school participatory sport, and more than 30 million adult runners in the United States.

George Rogers Park is a 26 acre community park located in the Portland suburb of Lake Oswego. This site includes two baseball/softball fields, a soccer field, two outdoor tennis courts, and restrooms. 

There is also a children's playground, picnicing, riverfront access, walking trails, and a large natural area. Of particular interest to history buffs is the "Iron Furnace", which is listed on the National Historic register and one of the few reminders of Lake Oswego's industrial past. One of the best views of the Willamette River can be found near the furnace in the lower park.

The upper shelter has 4 picnic tables, lights, and electricity upon request. Maximum capacity is 50. The lower shelter has 7 picnic tables, lights, 2 barbeques, and electricity is available upon request. Maximum capacity is 75.
