Holland Aquatic Center

HAC welcomes local, state, and national organizations for over 50 swim and dive competitions annually. Holland Aquatic Center features a 23-lane, 50-meter competitive pool with a movable bulkhead. This set up allows the 50-meter pool to be confi¬gured in a variety of ways, including two 25-yard, pools to provide a dual competition experience. The 50-meter complex includes an additional 5-lane by 25-yard practice and warm up pool. Diving practices and competitions are supported by four 1-meter and two 3-meter diving boards within the 50-meter natatorium. The facility also includes a 25-yard, 6-lane instructional/practice pool and diving well with two 1-meter diving boards. Large competitions are provided with industry leader Colorado Time Systems equipment, a massive viviLED Scoreboard, Streamline (live streaming) broadcast capability. The facility also includes a spectator area featuring permanent elevated bleachers with seating capacity for 950 spectators.

With its recent $26 million expansion funded by the Holland community, HAC is an aquatic and fitness gem for residents and visitors alike. Nationally recognized as a first-rate competition venue for swimming and diving, HAC also is home to other aquatic and fitness options for all ages and abilities. From its 50-meter competition pool to a warm-water lap pool, from the family-friendly Splash Zone to a massive indoor water slide, and from the indoor track to a vast array of cardio and weight equipment, HAC offers a wide range of wellness activities that can operate simultaneously in a fun, clean and safe environment.

Other amenities include a lazy river area, zero-entry wading pool, quadrantal hot tub, rehabilitation pool, dry sauna, steam room, individual and family changing rooms, private showers, and free day-use lockers.

HAC is entirely wheelchair accessible, with an elevator, automatic doors, and a covered walkway entrance with snowmelt for additional winter safety. All pools are equipped with lifts and all locker rooms include accessible restrooms, changing spaces and shower facilities.

Located at 550 Maple Avenue, with ample parking (300+ spaces), HAC is easy to access in Holland’s central city. Single visit passes are available for purchase as are individual or family memberships.
