About Verona Athletic Center

The Verona Athletic Center is Verona and Southwest Dane County’s premier Sports and Events complex. Built in 2004 The VAC offers many programs and activities for everyone in the family. In late 2011 the Verona Athletic Center was acquired by the ownership group involved in the SWAC (Stoughton Wellness and Athletic Center). Shortly thereafter several building enhancements were made including a renovated lobby, signage, and remodel of several businesses.

The core of The Verona Athletic Center is a 4 court gymnasium (operated by Sports Enhancement Academy), which hosts basketball tournaments and multiple other sporting events monthly. In addition to the gym the building also encompasses two dance studios, a massage therapist, a 24-7 Anytime Fitness facility, Athletic Republic (the nation’s premier sports training facility for junior and high school sports), The Heights Banquet and Event Center (on the upper level), and Capital Physical Therapy.
