The Canada Games Sport for Life Centre is a hub for athletic excellence. The facility boasts a three-lane 160 metre track, three fully-convertible court spaces, a 4,400 square foot netted flex space, strength and conditioning areas, aerobic training space, plyometric training and testing, a medicine clinic, hall of fame gallery, and studio spaces for spin, yoga and more. Also available are meetings rooms and a conference centre, and an indoor parkade.
