The Challenged Athletes Dream Complex provides a safe, handicapped accessible facility for challenged athletes and their families to participate in a variety of sports. The organization maintains 2 handicap accessible softball/soccer fields with adjoining concession stand and restroom for over 100 special need individuals. This facility is located at 3105 N. Vine St. Victoria, TX 77901.
