The Myriad Botanical Gardens & Crystal Bridge Conservatory is one of Oklahoma City’s most beloved public spaces, offering its visitors a 15-acre natural escape in the very heart of the metro known as downtown Oklahoma City. Follow the journey all the way through the justice process, including the hope and healing evolving from the tenderness of the response and the tough lessons learned that changed our way of life through such trying times.

RIVERSPORT is your passport to outdoor adventure in Oklahoma City with locations downtown, at Lake Overholser and Lake Hefner. In the Boathouse District located just south of Bricktown, you’ll find whitewater rafting and tubing, surfing, and indoor snow skiing. They have a bike park with pumptracks and a mountain bike skills trail. They also have expanded to offer a new Trailhead store and facility at the bike park. The Oklahoma History Center is an eighteen-acre, 215,000 square-foot learning center exploring Oklahoma’s unique history of geology, transportation, commerce, culture, aviation, heritage and more. Bird watchers treasure Lake Hefner as one of the best locations in central Oklahoma. Dozens of water bird species stop along the 17-mile shoreline during their annual migrations through America's central flyway. Lake Hefner is an excellent lake for sailing and weekend sailboat races are held from April to October. Facilities for picnicking and fishing also are available. No camping or swimming allowed.

The new multi-sport complex, located in a portion of Woodson Park on the west side of I-44, features 18 adult and youth soccer fields, plus ADA-accessible spectator areas, restrooms and concession stand. Additional amenities include an adult-sized baseball field, basketball round, new playground area and landscaped parking lots. The sports complex is named after Wendel Whisenhunt, who served as the City’s Parks & Recreation Director from 1996 until 2014.
