This nine-acre park is divided into three separate areas. The upper area, formerly known as Upper Foster Park, contains a small baseball field. The lower portion of the park contains a softball field, a tennis court and a basketball court. The third area has a baseball field, picnic shelter, playground equipment, restroom, and paved pathway.

Joseph Foster Memorial Park

Foster Golf Links is a historic, 18-hole public golf course located along the Duwamish River in Tukwila. This cherished community course celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2025, and continues to impress with its stunning riverside views and mature tree-lined fairways. It's a great course for amateurs, as it's shorter and more accessible than many other courses. With a historic legacy, a full-service pro shop, and one of the area’s most relaxing patio dining experiences at the onsite restaurant and bar, this gem of a course hits all the right notes. Players can also improve their skills at the chipping and putting practice greens, purchase any essentials at the Foster Golf Shop, and grab a meal or drink at the onsite restaurant, Pasifika NW Grill & Bar.

Any time is a good time for coffee! Cafe Pie is not your regular cafe. Cafe Pie offers Barista training program is the initial training for youths and young adults wanting to become baristas. Our training focuses on essential life skills, leadership development, job readiness, and knowledge required to effectively perform the barista role at any coffee shop. Our program has two components: one-to-one skills sharing and on-the-job training. It is a different learning experience that enhances confidence and competence in delivering customer service. Our on-the-job training comes with a bi-weekly paid stipend, therefore an application process is required for acceptance on the program.

Juba Restaurant & Café

With 4.8 acres, this Tukwila park was dedicated on July 13, 2000. With the help of a Community Development Block Grant, federally funded through King County, the City added play equipment and a paved path to provide handicapped access to the park and playground. Park improvements also include irrigation, fencing and a large grassy area. This is a passive, open neighborhood park for families and is located at the site of the old Tukwila Community Center. The 2026 9U PG Harvest Slugfest (Saturday Only) is a premier youth baseball tournament hosted by Perfect Game, the world’s largest and most respected amateur baseball scouting organization. Held on October 3, 2026, at Steven J Underwood Memorial Park in Des Moines, Washington, this single-day event offers young athletes born on or after May 1, 2017 the chance to compete on premium turf fields with professional officiating. Boofest Jamboree

**2026 Emerald City Cup** returns to Starfire Sports in Tukwila on **October 31 – November 1, 2026**, bringing together top boys lacrosse teams from across the region for a weekend of high-level competition. Teams from **3rd/4th grade through High School Varsity** will compete in a guaranteed **five-game format**, including pool play followed by playoff or consolation games. Hosted by CitySide Lax, the tournament emphasizes competitive matchups, player development, and a first-class event experience for athletes, coaches, and families.

Experience the excitement of the **NWAC Soccer Championships**, where the conference’s top teams compete for a championship title.
