About Tropicana Field

Located in the heart of downtown St. Pete, Tropicana Field is the home of the Tampa Bay Rays and one of the few indoor professional baseball facilities in the nation. The venue hosts many other sporting events, including the 1999 Men's NCAA Final Four, high school and college football games and the largest indoor invitational gymnastics meet in the world - the Gasparilla Gymnastics Festival. The "Trop" holds attendance records for both National Hockey League and Arena Football League games. Operated and maintained by the Tampa Bay Rays, the Trop features a range of dining and entertainment options for fans from on-site restaurants to the 35-foot, 10,000-gallon stingray exhibit located just beyond the right-center field fence.
