The award-winning Flour Child Bakery and Cafe is owned and operated by Beth and Terrance Augustine and was born out of Beth's creative mind in their home kitchen as they were starting their family. Since opening the bakery in 2016, they have always made their products from scratch and fresh daily. Flour Child Bakery was named the Lansing Area's Best Bakery and has been recognized for having the Lansing Area's Best Bagels (two years running) by the Lansing City Pulse Top of Town Awards. FCB is also well known for its fresh made from made-from-scratch croissants that you will likely find nowhere else outside of Paris.
