Apollo Park

Apollo Park was dedicated as a park on June 14, 1972, and was funded by the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation, State Game and Parks Commission, and City of Kearney Matching Funds. Apollo is a great park for active recreation since it features the Sertoma tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, the Optimist inline hockey rink, and a 10,000 square foot concrete skateboard park. In addition, the park has a very nice Vietnam and Korean War Memorial.
