Idaho Central Arena is located in the hart of Downtown Boise and is a multi-use arena that can host a wide variety of events. The ECHL's Idaho Steelheads are the arena's main tenant while the Big Sky Conference has played its basketball championship here since 2019. The arena has also hosted other large scale events including the Special Olympics: 2009 World Winter Games, Harlem Globetrotters and multiple NHL preseason games.
The arena is also attached to a four-star hotel providing an easy setup for event organizers.
There are parking garages available, but they are owned by the city. The arena has no control over parking.
