About The Soccer Lot

We started in 2012 with 4 teams and a portable boarded field. The goal: bring 5-a-side to Kansas City and change how people play soccer. For 3 years, we organized leagues and tournaments throughout Kansas City using the portable field. Setting up in various parks and even in the street, we began growing our events and spreading the word.

In October of 2016, we opened our permanent home. A 25,000 square feet building housing two 5-a-side turf fields, an indoor patio area, and bar space.
