The River Clay Fine Arts Festival is a vibrant, juried fine arts event held each fall in historic downtown Decatur, Alabama. Artists from across the region and nation gather on the City Hall lawn to showcase and sell original artwork in a wide range of mediums — from ceramics and glass to painting, photography, jewelry, sculpture, and more. The boat launch is handicap accessible and includes on-site restroom facilities as well as ample parking for trucks and trailers. The launch is capable of hosting a 10 boat simultaneous launch and includes a large floating dock, perfect for fishing. Ingalls Harbor is a public boat launch, but has quickly become one of the best fishing spots in the nation and attracts many nationally-acclaimed sport fishing tournaments.
