Field House (Soccer, Lacrosse, Football, Rugby)
The Field House at The St. James is 110,000 square feet with 65-feet of clearance. Our FIFA regulationsized field will allow you to train year-round, rain or shine on a best-in-class turf field. Our Field House is the only publicly-accessible field of this size in the entire region.

Hitting House (Baseball, Softball)
The St. James Hitting House features six turfed tunnels for batting and pitching practice with pitching machines to support the baseball and softball programs. This innovative training facility is fully equipped to help players cultivate and strengthen their movement and approach.

Court House (Basketball, Volleyball, Futsal)
Our Court House features four full-length basketball courts that are convertible into nine NCAA regulation-sized volleyball courts. Supporting basketball, volleyball and futsal training and competition, the Court House lets you transition seamlessly from dunk to dig to goal. 

Ice House (Hockey, Figure Skating)
The St. James Ice House features two NHL regulation-sized ice rinks and a Hockey Skills Training Center with a RapidShot and RapidHands Shooting Training System and a Woodway Skating Treadmill. There’s room for everyone on our rinks— hockey players, figure skaters, speed skaters, synchronized and recreational skaters. 

Squash & Golf Center
The St. James Squash and Golf Center provides a world-class environment for developmental, competitive and social experiences in squash and golf. The St. James features 8 squash courts, 6 golf simulators, 1 putting studio and comfortable lounge seating

High Performance Center
The High Performance Center at The St. Jame features 10,000 square feet of space for training in strength, agility and explosiveness. Our High Performance Center features 12 Hammer Strength Racks for all Olympic Lifts, multiple flat and adjustable benches as well as agility turf, plyometric boxes, medicine balls and countless other toys to help you maximize your athletic ability.

Gymnastics Center
The Gymnastics Training Center features 10,000 square feet of training space for gymnasts of all skill levels, including a competition-sized spring
floor, deep foam pits, Tumbl Track and in-ground trampolines. Our Gymnastics Venue features all the equipment necessary to train male and female gymnasts in each of the events recognized by the Federation of International Gymnastics

Dance Studios
The St. James dance studio is equipped for training in classical and popular dance.

Pool House (Swimming, Water Polo)
The Pool House at The St. James features a 52-meter Olympic-sized training and competition pool, that can be subdivided for short-course training and competition swimming, water polo, synchronized swimming and other aquatic sports. The Pool House also features a 6,000 square foot interactive water park for family fun.

Water Park
Our water park has 6,000 square feet of interactive fun for the whole family. Featuring six slides, three buckets that dump water and countless sprayers that can be used to spray your family and friends, water park at The St. James is the ideal place to blow off some steam.

Climbing Center
Our three story high climbing wall offers 6,000 square feet of climbing and bouldering space.
