Kate ‘killer’ Rawlings opened Coca CrossFit in 2010 after competing in the CrossFit Games as an individual and earning a professional contract with Reebok and Rogue Fitness. By truly having lived through quite a few challenges, Kate understands the need to provide a space that is inclusive, judgment free and welcoming. We are here to work side by side with you as your guide towards health and wellness.
