POMOCO Stadium has one of the finest grass playing surfaces in the South and has already been host to summer camps featuring many NFL players.

The Freeman Center is home to Christopher Newport University's volleyball, men's and women's basketball and indoor track and field programs. Opened in 2000, the Freeman Center can seat up to 2,500 fans for basketball and volleyball contests and plays hosts to thousands of collegiate and high school track and field athletes annually.

CNU is also home to state of the art facilities for both baseball and softball. The 12 outdoor tennis courts round out the beautiful facilities that CNU boasts to the public.
