Twin Isles has a championship golf course, full bar and restaurant, swimming pool, both clay and hard tennis courts, practice facility, and a members lounge. Walking is permitted on the Ron Garl-designed 6,722 yard par 72 course. Five sets of tees allows players of all skill levels to experience the true challenge of Twin Isles.

Twin Isles Country Club boasts many species of birds, fish, and plant life throughout the course, including eagles, osprey, roseate spoonbills, wood stork, egrets, ibis and herons.
