Together, Harper's Playground and the City of Vancouver re-built the play structure at Marshall Park, making it fully accessible. This project addresses the city’s need for accessible public outdoor play spaces through the redesign and construction of an inclusive playground. The original Chelsea Anderson Memorial Play Station (CHAMPS) is a vital part of Marshall Park. Harper’s Playground honors the memory of Chelsea Anderson and the heartfelt generosity of the donors and members of the Vancouver Fire Department who made this memorial possible.

Marshall & Luepke Community Center is a welcoming recreation and community hub in Vancouver, WA, featuring a 25-yard pool, fitness center, gymnasium, group fitness classes, senior programs, and year-round activities. The center also offers flexible event and meeting spaces for weddings, parties, receptions, meetings, and community gatherings.

Marshall Community Center features a pool, fitness center, and gymnasium for use. The Luepke Center is home to a paperback lending library and computer lab for those 50 years and older. Seniors will find a variety of specialty dances, classes, and community presentations happening there as well.

The Clark College Theatre provides a rich cultural focus for the campus and surrounding community blending theatre, music, dance and art into entertaining and award-winning productions. For the past two decades, the theatre has been recognized as a leader in Southwest Washington, with a wide range of plays, which are culturally enriching and thought-provoking as well as entertaining.

In 2023, the City of Vancouver became the steward of the former community library building at 1007 E. Mill Plain Blvd. The City’s Culture, Arts and Heritage Commission saw this as an incredible opportunity to create a much-needed arts hub in a space that is already important to the community. The eye-catching building is well-suited to host a variety of activities and events. It is located near educational resources like the Historic Reserve and the Downtown Arts District, offering opportunities for community partnerships and space for an arts ecosystem to flourish. The building can provide space for community meetings, classes, workshops and rehearsals that support arts and culture in Vancouver. In its current condition, there is an occupancy limit of 49 people.

Established in 1904, the USTA Pacific Northwest is one of 17 sections of the United States Tennis Association, the governing body of tennis. Based in Beaverton, Oregon, the USTA PNW is a 501c3 charitable nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote and develop the growth of tennis in the Pacific Northwest.  Operating in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and northern Idaho USTA PNW over 25,000 individual adult and junior members and over 200 organization members and providers, such as tennis facilities and community tennis associations, who also help us to promote the sport.
