Funding: Through the Dubuque Regional Sports Commission, an annual application process is available to eligible events. Past participants have included: America’s River Soccer Classic, Cabela’s Masters Walleye, Dockdog World Championships, Dubuque Benefit Classic, Dubuque Blowout, Dubuque Swimming Hurricanes, Gaelic Gallop, Gran Fondo, Grandview Gallop, Ice Harbor Schloastic Chess Open, International Dragon Boat Festival, Mantastic Guyathlon, Midwest Masters, Mississippi River High School Rodeo, Mississippi Valley Open Tennis, Run4Troops, Special Olympics, Swiss Valley Trail Run, Winter Iowa Games
