Our free weight room is loaded with strength training equipment.  
The roomy 2,000 square foot space is equipped with everything needed for Olympic lifts, functional training, or an overall total body strength routine. 

Our cardio spaces are very well equipped with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, rowers, and steppers. Extra space for your core workout!

We are proud of our group fitness studio, amazing class schedule, and instructors! The studio is equipped with a sound system and a big screen for cardio cinema and spinning classes. The studio is cool and comfortable and available for member use anytime a class is not in session. 

We have two racquetball courts for racquetball, basketball or wallyball!
These are great spaces to have competitions or friendly games!
