Intercollegiate athletics and intramural recreation are an important part of student life at the College of Lake County. CLC teams compete in 12 intercollegiate sports. Women's sports include basketball, cross-country, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball. Men's sports include baseball, basketball, cross-country, golf, soccer, and tennis. CLC is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association and the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference. The college is noted for its excellence and integrity in athletics. CLC has 3 full size indoor courts, 1 game field , & team meeting rooms to help enhance events.
