Eastgate Park

Eastgate Park is 197 acres of green recreation space. It is anchored by a large picnic pavilion, sand volleyball court, and playground. Surrounding Eastgate Park is a 2-mile walking trail with a ¼ mile boardwalk, 2 stocked fish ponds, and an archery range. There is also a fenced-in dog park, allowing pet owners to take their pets off-leash to enjoy a green space with exercise equipment. Adjoining Eastgate Park is the Lowell Roundtree Baseball Park with 4 fields. Dothan's only disc golf park is located at Eastgate Park, with 18-holes for public play.
