About Council Bluff Recreation Complex

The Council Bluffs Recreation Complex offers 77 acres of athletic fields and amenities. The Rec Complex is located at 2900 Richard Downing Avenue, south of Exit 1-B (S. 24th St.) off the I-80/ I-29 interchange. The Rec Complex hosts regional and national tournaments and provides fields for our adult and youth teams. Anyone interested in hosting a tournament should submit the rental agreement.
