FUJI BJJ presents the Middletown Fall Championship. We are dedicated to bringing you the best tournament experience possible. Our tournament series offer divisions for any age, weight, skill level, as well as GI and NOGI divisions.

**Date:** 2026/10/25 - Sunday Event!

**Venue:** Vale Sports Club

**Address:** 1280 Newfield Street, Middletown, CT 06457

**Format:** Depending on the bracket size we offer best of three, round robin, and modified double elimination brackets to ensure everyone gets more than one match.

**Age Standards:** Age 4 and Up

**All States Welcome!**

## IMPORTANT DATES

Early Bird registration deadline: 12 Sep (11:59 pm)

Normal registration deadline: 10 Oct (11:59 pm)

Late registration deadline: 20 Oct (11:59 pm)

Check Day (last day to change weight without fee) is the Wednesday before the event.

Merging of uncontested divisions will happen the Wednesday before the event.

The schedule will be published the Thursday before the event.

Doors Open/Weigh-ins begin: Day of event (8:00 am)

Matches Begin: Day of event (9:30 am)

You have up to one hour to weigh-in prior to the start of your division. Please update and check Smoothcomp as times may change based on bracket restructuring or how fast/slow the competition is going.

## SPECTATOR FEE:

All spectators over the age of 12 years old must have a spectator pass.  Passes may be purchased at the door upon entry of the venue.

* Spectator fee: $20.

**Each academy will receive at least 1 free coaches pass. The amount of free passes depends on how many students from that academy are registered for the event. At least 1 free pass per 5 students will be available. Coaches do not need to message in before the event.**

FUJI BJJ Middletown Fall Championship

The FUJI Jiu-Jitsu Championships is a nation-wide tournament series. FUJI BJJ was founded by Royler Gracie Black Belt and Pan American Champion, JW Wright. JW has been hosting jiu-jitsu events for over 15 years throughout the Midwest. 

FUJI BJJ currently has ten regions throughout the United States and we are partnered with some of the best competitors and academies around!

Opened in 1999 as a Golf Driving range. The SportsCenter of Connecticut has grown into the premier Family Fun Entertainment Center in New England. Situated on over 20 acres, The SportsCenter consists of over 150,000 square feet of indoor entertainment venues coupled with numerous outdoor activities. The genesis of the development of The SportsCenter was to provide children and young adults a wholesome venue they can “call their own.” Over the past several decades, The SportsCenter has proven to be just that and more.
