Solitude Mountain Resort

The Yurt offers one of the most unique dining experiences in Utah. Guests snowshoe less than a mile distance through a moon and lantern lit forest to a Mongolian yurt, where a chef prepares an exciting and unforgettable four-course meal right before your eyes. Available Thursday through Sunday evenings during the winter season, this intimate dining adventure is limited to a maximum of 24 people. Reservations are required and adults over 13 years of age are invited. Dinner, corkage, guide, tax and gratuity are included in the price.

*The Yurt at Solitude will open for the 2016-2017 winter season on December 1, 2016 and will be open Thursdays through Sundays, 5:30 to 9 p.m.*

The Stone Haus Pizzeria and Creamery offers guests a quick and convenient place to grab a fresh sandwich for lunch or piping hot pizza for dinner. Featuring a variety of handmade pizzas, sandwiches, sports drinks and beer, the Stone Haus is the perfect spot to grab a quick bite before heading back on the mountain or winding down your day. And if your sweet tooth is nagging you, don’t forget to try some of our delicious, hand-packed ice cream.

The Thirsty Squirrel is a classic, mountain pub offering a variety of cocktails, craft beers, wine and hot appetizers. Sit down and swap stories, play some pool or catch highlights from a game on one of the large flat-screen TVs.

St. Bernard’s serves dinner Wednesday through Saturday evenings during the winter season and features a selection of European family favorites in a casual and comfortable buffet-style setting. The crackling fireplace provides a warm and picturesque ambiance while dining at St. Bernard’s. In addition to its diverse menu, St. Bernard’s also offers a wide selection of wine, beer and cocktails.

*St. Bernards is open Wednesday through Sunday from 4:30 to 9 p.m. beginning on December 2, 2016.*

With views of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains, Honeycomb Grill is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal after a day on the mountain. Honeycomb Grill serves contemporary American cuisine using fresh, locally-sourced and sustainable ingredients. Serving lunch and dinner daily, the menu features an array of appetizers, entrées and house made desserts. To complement its creative menu, Honeycomb Grill offers a great selection of local and imported beer, a varied wine list as well as specialty cocktails.
