## 🎉 **2026 marks the 33rd anniversary of the Capital City River Run!** 🏃‍♀️

### 🏅 **Race Weekend Events**

We offer something for every runner and walker:

* 👟 Half Marathon
* 👟 5K Run/Walk
* 🧒 Sohn’s Kids Race

All Half Marathon and 5K participants will receive a commemorative sweatshirt and finisher medal to celebrate their achievement. The event is professionally chip-timed by the Michigan Running Foundation, with live results available during the race and online at Playmakers.com.

### 🧒 **Kids Race – Saturday, September 19 at 11:00 AM**

The Sohn’s Kids Race kicks off at Impression 5 Science Center and features a one-mile course along the Lansing River Trail. After the race, participants are invited to enjoy a fun-filled day at the Science Center, complete with a pizza party, goodie bag, and finisher medal—because every young runner deserves a celebration! 🍕🎉

### 🏁 **Half Marathon & 5K – Sunday, September 20 at 8:00 AM**

Both races will start on Michigan Ave in front of the Lansing Center and showcase some of Lansing’s best scenery, including Michigan Ave, Grand River Ave, the MSU campus, and the beautiful Lansing River Trail. Runners will finish in downtown Lansing near Grand Ave and Adado Park, where the celebration continues!

Capital City River Run

Court One Training Facility is geared towards team or individual training and development. The Court one Training Center is available for a variety of sports as well as non-sport events. The facility currently accommodates; basketball, volleyball, floor hockey, baseball, golf, roller derby, badminton, martial arts, wrestling, dance, stunt, futsal, gymnastics, and more.
