Home of the Austin Bruins and the Austin High School boys' and girls' hockey teams, this arena features a standard NHL sized ice sheet measuring at 200 x 85' and boasts seating for 2500 spectators to cheer on their home-town team(s) in this classic Minnesota barn.  Riverside Arena is available for year-round ice rentals.

Austin, MN has many different spaces and facilities for you to host your sporting events for all seasons.

During the spring and summer time, we have many parks and recreational spots. Enjoy baseball, softball, and disc golf at Todd Park. There are swim meets at Austin Municipal Pool, and bike races held on Schindler’s Way Mountain Bike Trail. You can also golf at the country club or Meadow Greens.

During the fall  and winter, you could plan a hockey tournament at our Riverside or Packer arenas. Host an indoor soccer, football, and kickball tournament at the seasonal dome located at Wescott Field and have fun bowling at Echo Lanes.
