The Duckworth Centre is located on the University of Winnipeg campus in downtown Winnipeg. This facility features the Dr. David F. Anderson Gymnasium, which is a three-court gymnasium with 2 retractable bleachers that has a venue capacity of 2,380 full gym and 1,722 bleacher seating. In addition, the Duckworth Centre has meeting rooms, classrooms, racquetball courts, a corporate suite overlooking the gymnasium and a food & beverage kiosk which opens for select events. It is home to the University of Winnipeg Wesmen Volleyball and Basketball programs and is a perfect venue for large sporting events, convocations, fairs and much more. This multi-use recreational facility has drawn local, provincial, national and international events throughout the years. The Duckworth Centre connects to the Axworthy Health and RecPlex by an indoor walkway.
