School (K-12)
Athletic Facilities Acton-Boxborough Regional High School is proud to offer outstanding athletic facilities that support the growth, performance, and well-being of our student-athletes. Our campus features a wide range of indoor and outdoor spaces designed to accommodate the needs of over 20 varsity sports and numerous JV and freshman teams.
Indoor Facilities Our primary indoor athletic space is the Thomas J. Regan Fieldhouse, a full-size gymnasium equipped with six basketball hoops, retractable bleachers, and electronic scoreboards. The adjacent Isadore Stearns Gymnasium provides additional space for practices and games, while the Arthur Blanchard Gymnasium at R.J. Grey Junior High offers a wood-floored court with seating for spectators.
The school also features a well-equipped Fitness Center with cardio machines, free weights, and resistance equipment. This space supports strength and conditioning programs and is available to students and community members during designated hours.
Outdoor Facilities Our campus includes multiple high-quality outdoor playing surfaces. The Leary Field Complex features two synthetic turf fields for soccer, football, field hockey, and lacrosse. Additional grass fields, baseball and softball diamonds, and a network of tennis courts across the high school and junior high campus allow for year-round athletic activity.
Aquatic Center ABRHS is also home to a six-lane competition swimming pool used for both practices and interscholastic meets. The facility has been recently updated to maintain a safe and modern swimming environment.
