The 18-hole layout takes up a total of 149 acres. One major objective behind the design of the course was to reduce the amount of time needed to play. This design allows a group to play 9 holes in about 90 minutes instead of the typical 120 minutes. You easily can play 18 holes in less than 3.5 hours. No need to use up a half day to play golf anymore.
