Laurel Park and Sandra Sims Terry Community Center

Laurel Park / Sandra Sims Terry Community Center is a multi-purpose facility that offers a variety of recreational programs, events and amenities for your leisure pleasure.

A half-size gym can accommodate numerous activities such as athletic activities for youth through seniors as well as weddings and receptions, family reunions, dances and large meetings.

There are two smaller meeting rooms that can be opened into one larger room. In addition to our programs, the Laurel Civic Association is co-located in our center and offers many programs for youth and adults of all ages.

Our 13 acre park grounds offer a wealth of amenities to include a walking/fitness trail, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds for tots and older children, a picnic pavilion and several smaller picnic shelters, community garden, and trailhead access to the Legacy Trail.
