Energym Gymnastics

Energym Gymnastics was founded in 1989 and has been a strong presence in the community providing quality gymnastics instruction in a safe, supportive and FUN environment for over 30 years. We teach children beginning at the age of 18 months up through senior year in high school. Our goal is to make a positive difference in our gymnasts lives by developing happy, healthy and confident children. Gymnastics is the foundation of all sports, teaching children to control their bodies and spatial awareness. Not only does it develop coordination, balance, flexibility and strength, it also builds qualities such as self esteem, discipline and self-confidence which are needed to enjoy the many challenges of life. Gymnastics - It's for all Kids!!
